Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Gift SPHRE (Excellent Trades & Retails). By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Orders & Minimum Quantity

  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces per product.

  • Orders are confirmed only after advance payment is received.

  • Once order details are finalized and approved, changes may not be possible.

 

2. Customization Policy

  • Clients must provide logo/design in high-resolution format (AI/CDR/PDF preferred).

  • A digital mockup will be shared before production.

  • Production starts only after final approval from the client.

  • No changes will be accepted after approval.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices depend on quantity, customization, and product specifications.

  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.

  • Remaining payment must be made before dispatch.

  • Prices are subject to change until order confirmation.

 

4. Production & Delivery

  • Production timeline: 5-6 working days after approval (may vary).

  • Delivery time depends on location and courier services.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to external factors.

 

5. Shipping

  • Shipping charges are extra unless specified.

  • Risk transfers to the buyer after dispatch.

  • Any transit damage must be reported immediately.

 

6. Returns & Cancellation

  • No returns or refunds on customized products.

  • Cancellation allowed only before production starts.

  • Advance payment is non-refundable once production begins.

 

7. Quality Assurance

  • All products are checked before dispatch.

  • Minor variations in color/print may occur and are not considered defects.

 

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Courier delays

  • Minor variations in customized products

  • Product misuse after delivery

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • Clients must ensure they have rights to use provided logos/designs.

  • We are not responsible for copyright or trademark issues.

 

10. Privacy

  • Customer details are used only for order processing.

  • We do not share data with third parties except for delivery.

 

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Jurisdiction: Delhi courts.
